Puma Energy entered the Zimbabwean market in November 2013 by acquiring 60% of the ordinary shares of Redan Petroleum, a Zimbabwean fuel supply business. Redan Petroleum is a truly indigenous oil marketing companies (OMC) and the second largest OMC in the country. Redan provides employment to approx. 550 Zimbabweans. Through this acquisition, we now have 62 service stations across the country, most of them are company operated. We continue to invest in our retail offering by acquiring or constructing new sites, developing C-stores etc.
